Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager who either speaks Punjabi or Hindu to oversee our company's social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing the company's online presence across various social media platforms.

Duties

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
Create engaging content for posts, including text, image, and video
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create effective campaigns
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Knowledge of social media platforms including Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms
Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
Strong research skills to stay informed about industry trends
Understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO and Google Analytics
