Job Title:

Licensed G2 Gas Technician

Mackenzie & Wilkins Plumbing and Heating Inc. is looking for a skilled and reliable G2 Gas Technician to join our team.
 

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Eligibility: Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or individuals with a valid Canadian work permit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install, service, maintain, and repair gas-fired heating systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot gas and heating system issues.
• Perform gas line installations and repairs in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards.
• Complete maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide clear explanations of work completed.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid G2 Gas Technician certification.
• Previous experience in plumbing, heating, HVAC, or gas service is an asset.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
