IT Engineer (Azure)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, users, devices, applications, and access.
• Provide *Azure cloud support? Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Entra ID, Virtual Network, and Azure Monitor.
• Manage *Microsoft 365/Office 365*, user accounts, licenses, and email.
• Troubleshoot *Windows/Linux, hardware, software, networking, and cloud issues*.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Manage IT assets, backups, security, patches, and system updates.
• Support basic *AI toolsand automation for IT operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain IT documentation.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Cloud Support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Good knowledge of Windows/Linux, networking, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of AI tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Azure certification is a plus.
