Job Title:

MIG/TIG Welder

High Point Equipment Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG and TIG welding, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and strong mechanical aptitude.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

 

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Welding certification preferred.
