Job duties:

Supervise and assign jobs to employees, and review their work.
Train new employees on equipment operation, workflow expectations, and company procedures, protocols, and policies.
Enforce safety rules and ensure the overall safety and security of the workplace.
Communicate and coordinate with distributors regarding supply deliveries.
Coordinate the storage of inventory in the warehouse.
Manage the supply flow for the processing and staging of processed products.
Supervise customer pickup procedures.
Maintain warehouse equipment and arrange service calls when required.

Record the inventory that is processed or discarded.
Resolve any issues with processing and delivering invoices.

Required education:

Completion of a 2- to 3-year post-secondary education program in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, production management, manufacturing management, or a closely related discipline.

Required work experience and skills:

2 to 3 years of relevant and related work experience.

Able to assign clear tasks, evaluate employee work objectively, and manage workplace accountability.
