We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-food franchise restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain quality standards, supervise staff, and manage financial and operational performance.

Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to maintain a positive dining experience.
Oversee employee scheduling, attendance, performance, and workplace conduct.
Train team members on service standards, food preparation procedures, and safety practices.
Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records related to staffing, inventory, and sales.
Promote teamwork and foster a productive work environment focused on service excellence.
Review sales performance and implement strategies to achieve operational and financial targets
Manage food and supply inventories to minimize shortages and reduce waste
Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities to drive business growth
Ensure all restaurant areas are maintained in a clean, organized, and welcoming condition

Requirements

College Degree
Post secondary education preferred
Food Handler Certificate
1-2 years restaurant experience
Worked in all aspects of a fast food restaurant from food prep to cook to manager
Standing for extended periods
Work under pressure in fast paced restaurant
Experience in leading a team of 20+
Must be organized and adaptable
