Panagopoulos Pizza Place is currently seeking a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Victoria. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive wage and a flexible work environment.

Work Setting: On-site only; no remote work options available.

Salary: $38.00 hourly for 30 hours per week.

Terms: Permanent, Full-time.

Schedule: Candidates must be available for shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and flexible hours.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Requirements

Education: College/CEGEP qualification.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience.

Language: Proficiency in English is required.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including creating work schedules that cover day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices to meet budget targets
• Customer Excellence: Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at the Victoria location.
• Inventory Control: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Compliance: Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed at he physical work site.
• Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
