Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Process customer payments using the POS system.
- Prepare tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Requirements
- No education or previous experience required.
- Training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
