Construction Worker

J & S Insulation and Rebar Ltd., located at 13507 87 B Ave, Surrey, BC V3W 6V3, is seeking 2 Construction Workers for work in Surrey, BC, and the Lower Mainland.

Duties:

Select tools, equipment, and construction materials from storage and transport items to the work site.
Assist and work closely with tradespersons to complete tasks.
Clean work areas, machines, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe job site, free of debris.
Operating various hand and power tools is an asset.
Assist with placing, tying, and moving rebar across the job site.
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures to facilitate the completion of specific tasks.
Perform other related job duties as required.

Wages: $ 25.00/hr for 40 hours per week
Work setting: Surrey, BC, and across the Lower Mainland Region

The right candidates will have the following skills and/or experience:

Completion of Secondary School is considered an asset.
Some previous work experience as a construction worker is preferred.
Ability to:
- Walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time, and carry out strenuous physical tasks.
