We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, communications, and student recruitment initiatives.
Job Duties
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to support student recruitment and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis related to educational consulting services, university admissions, tutoring programs, and student enrichment services.
- Gather, monitor, and compile marketing performance data from RedNote, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Track audience engagement, website traffic, advertising performance, lead generation, and social media growth metrics, and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, online advertising initiatives, and website marketing activities.
- Prepare and update promotional materials, website content, newsletters, brochures, presentations, reports, and social media content.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, information sessions, student recruitment events, and community outreach activities.
- Liaise with media contacts, educational partners, influencers, and third-party service providers regarding promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries received through digital channels and assist in maintaining engagement with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain marketing databases, campaign documentation, customer records, and digital content libraries.
- Monitor industry trends, educational market developments, and emerging digital marketing platforms and provide recommendations to management.
- Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and preparing periodic marketing reports.
Employment Requirements
- Completion of a college diploma or university degree in marketing, communications, business administration, public relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
