Job duties:
- Wash and sanitize equipment, tools, and surfaces inside and outside the plant according to the company’s established Sanitation Program
- Handle and mix industrial strength chemicals
- High pressure washing and sanitizing
- Remove debris and garbage from the plant floor
- Disassemble and assemble equipment
- Report broken, damaged, or unsafe equipment
- Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) for working in a food processing plant.
- Perform safety and security checks
- Work with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Education: No formal education is required
- Previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing environment is an asset. Training will be provided.
- Ability/Aptitude to operate equipment such as pressure washers, forklift, and various hand tools to assemble and disassemble equipment is preferred.

Wage: Hourly rate of $28.85 per hour, 40 hours per week.

Important information: Work schedule is 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM from Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required depending on operational needs.
