We are looking for one experienced Nail Salon Manager.
Job details are as follows:
Where: Salmon Arm, BC V1E 4H7
Number of position: 1
Job Type: Full time and Permanent
Starting date: as soon as possible
Salary : $36.80 per hour, working 35 to 40 hours per week
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Tasks:
- Direct and control daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
Supervision: 5-10 people
