Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum 3 years to less than 5 years of directly related experience is required

Job duties

Prepare and cook a variety of meals and specialty dishes
Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions
Instruct kitchen staff in updated cooking techniques and equipment operation
Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
Develop and refine recipes
Plan daily menus and ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, sales, and consumption
Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies
