Wage: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Job Duties
- Plan menus and estimate ingredient requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by chef
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
