Wage: $19.60 / Hour
Work Schedule : 30-44 Hours / Week

Work location: 10628 100 St, Westlock, AB, T7P 2C5. Work is performed on-site only. No remote work option.

Work Setting: Restaurant

Specific Skills:

Supervise shift operations to deliver product fast and provide quality customer service
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Oversee and verify the assembly of trays for accuracy and quality standards
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Daily food safety checks and cash controls
Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaints as well as internal conflict among staff
Inspect kitchen, dining areas, kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met
Inspect restaurant grounds and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
Recommend, arrange and plan maintenance and emergency repair of the equipment
Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Perform duties as workers supervised when required.

Qualifications:

Must be able to communicate in English
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Walking, Physically demanding
Ability to Supervise: 3-4, 5-10 people
Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Team player, Client focus, Effective interpersonal skills.
