Wage: $32.00 to $36.00 / hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Job Duties

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
Ensure food services meeting quality standards
Evaluate the ingredients and materials needed for meal preparation
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit cost reports
Oversee tray assembly and food order delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Schedule work shifts for employees
