Wage: $21.00 per hour, with an overtime rate of $31.50 per hour after 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week.
Hours of Work: Minimum 30 hours per week.
Employment Type: Permanent (indeterminate), non-seasonal, full-time position.
Vacation & Benefits: 4% vacation pay and tips.

Job Duties

Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information regarding food and beverage offerings.
Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to kitchen staff in a timely manner.
Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring accuracy and quality of service.
Prepare and serve specialty items at patrons' tables when required.
Present bills and process payments by cash, debit, or credit card in accordance with company procedures.
Clear and reset tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and beverage areas.
Uphold all food safety and hygiene standards, strictly adhering to local health regulations and Red Fin's service policies.

Requirements

Minimum Education: High school diploma.
Experience and Skills: Prior work experience is considered an asset, and on-the-job training is provided to successful candidates.
Certification and Licensing: No certification, licensing, or registration requirements.
