Position Overview:
With our business experiencing sustained growth, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in daily operations, coordinate internal communication, liaise with external partners, and prepare reports and summaries for review.
Job Duties:
- Manage the director’s daily schedule, coordinate and organize meetings efficiently.
- Draft and organize correspondence, investment memos, project information, and presentation materials.
- Manage communications including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, ensuring prompt attention to urgent matters.
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure smooth workflow and project progress within the company.
- Support market research, data collection, and analysis for investment opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for initial inquiries from investors and client companies.
- Coordinate communications between the Director, investors, and client companies to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Prepare periodic updates and summaries on project status to inform the Director and ensure timely decision-making.
- Compile and reconcile monthly expense reports and financial records relevant to company operations.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the director, managing timelines, coordinating with team members, and monitoring progress through completion.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or college diplomain business administration, public administration, communicationor a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a related administrative or executive assistant role is required.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in aninvestment environment is an asset.
