Head Chef

We, Paris Baguette - Beacon Hill in Calgary are looking for head chef to join our team

Position: Head Chef, Full time, Permanent

Location: 11846 Sarcee Trail NW, H111 Calgary, AB T3R 0A1

Wage Rate and working hours: $36~$37 per hour and 30 Hours per week

 

Duties

• Plan and direct food preparation and baking and cooking activities
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• Supervise activities of chefs, bakers and cooks
• Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items
• Prepare and complete meals and specialty foods for events and regular basis, or for special guests or functions
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions or events

 

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in commercial baking or food preparation
• Able to communicate in English
• Available to work in evening and weekends
• Completion of secondary graduation or higher
