Job Title:

Technical Sales Specialist

Permanent full-time

Wage: 50k - 65k

Schedule: 40 hr/week, daytime

Starts as soon as possible

Languages: Bilingual

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Industrial/commercial (general)

Work setting: Urban area / On-site customer service

Tasks

• Promote sales to existing clients
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
• Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
• Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
• Resolve product and service related problems
• Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
• Provide customer service

Computer and technology knowledge

• MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)

Sales experience: Industrial machinery and equipment

Additional information
