Our Team is committed to quality workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking experienced Painters to join our Team.

# of Painter Positions (NOC 94213): 10

Job Duties:

Prepare surfaces through abrasive blasting, sanding, grinding, washing, and solvent cleaning.
Apply industrial coatings using spray, brush, and roll techniques in accordance with specifications.
Select appropriate paint or mix paints using automated paint mixing equipment according to a predetermined formula.
Operate and maintain painting and coating equipment (spray pumps, blast pots, compressors, etc.).
Inspect surfaces and completed work to ensure proper adhesion, coverage, and finish quality.
Ensure compliance with coating systems, technical data sheets, and safety standards.
Clean and maintain painting and coating, ventilation, compressed air and personal protective equipment.
Work at heights, in confined spaces, or outdoors as required.
Complete required documentation, reports, and quality records.
May prepare and apply stencils, decals or other decorative items on finished products.
Other duties as required including set-up, dismantling, and reassembly.

Skills Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in an Industrial Painter role, with experience in surface preparation methods (abrasive blasting, power tools, hand tools)
Minimum 2 years’ experience operating and maintaining coating and blasting equipment.

Education Requirement: Formal education is not required. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of proven industry experience.

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time

Wage: $26.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience
