As the Box Office Operations Supervisor, you'll play a key role in keeping our ticketing and event operations running smoothly. This unionized position is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy and customer-focused environment and enjoys being part of the excitement that live events bring to SaskTel Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Operates the Ticketmaster system including processing/receiving tickets as required.
- Sets up and administers box office operations for daily sales and events.
- Ensures compliance with SaskTel Centre and Ticketmaster policies and procedures.
- Reconciles trust liability accounts and daily Ticketmaster sales. Balances cash, credit card and Interac payments and records data, as required.
- Communicates with SaskTel Centre clients for events using email software (event announcements/information).
- Responds to inquiries regarding tickets.
- Provides client support using Ticketmaster features and products
- Troubleshoots system errors. Makes recommendations for improvement.
- Provides Ticketmaster system training to new staff, as assigned.
- Performs Box Office sales duties.
- Assist with preparation of post-event reports and documentation.
- Assist with event day responsibilities where assigned.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with six years of progressive ticketing experience, including experience with the Ticketmaster system modules such as Archtics. Event Management Tool, TMWin, Fan User/ Presence, TM1, Scaling/Re-scaling event builds, Interpreting production CAD's
OR
- Recognized post-secondary business administration program with four years of progressive ticketing experience or other related experience.
- Ability to:
- Make arithmetic calculations rapidly and accurately.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deal courteously and tactfully with the public, promoters, and media contacts.
- Make decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures..
- Work with minimal supervision in a multi-task environment.
- Must be able stand/sit for substantial duration of time, walk long distance, and safely climb up and down stairs within the arena.
Hours of Work:
- Evening and weekend work shall be required.

- Acceptable current Criminal Record Check (CRC) upon offer of employment.
