Hourly rate: $41.35 to $48.00 per hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 to 44 hours / week)

Start date: As soon as possible

Work setting: Retail business

Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: Minimum 3 years of directly related retail or wholesale sales supervisory experience are required

Job Duties

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities
• Assess the effectiveness of daily workflows
• Develop and structure the daily operational schedule
• Supervise team members and delegate responsibilities
• Determine staffing requirements
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Conduct evaluations of employee performance
• Handle operational problems such as customer inquiries, complaints, or inventory shortfalls
