We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Carpenters to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to impactful projects across the Halifax Regional Municipality.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials using hand and power tools
• Construct and install structural frameworks such as walls, floors, and roofs
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and other interior and exterior fixtures
• Build and dismantle concrete forms for foundations, walls, and other structural components
• Repair or replace damaged wood structures and fixtures
• Follow all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment on site
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe and proper use
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and masons
• Prepare job sites for construction and clean up debris after tasks are completed

 

 

Job Requirements

Language: English

Education: No formal education required. Completion of high school is an asset
