Viet Lounge located at 901 64 AVE NE suite 5108 in Calgary Alberta is currently looking for a full time permanent Restaurant Manager $36.00/hour - no benefits.

Duties:

Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff
Train staff
Organize and maintain inventory
Address customers' complaints or concerns

Applicants must have completion of high school with minimum 2 years experience.

Applicants must also be able to read and speak English.
