Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules, hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a productive team environment.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize Cleardent software for patient management, scheduling, billing, and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate electronic dental records and ensure proper documentation of patient information.
• Assist in budgeting processes and monitor financial performance of the dental practice.
• Collaborate with dental professionals to enhance patient care services and improve operational efficiency.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to foster positive relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dental office management role.
• Familiarity with Cleardent and MaxAssist software is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of human resources practices and experience supervising staff.
• Knowledge of electronic dental records systems and dental terminology is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
