Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and staff performance reviews.
  • Control inventory, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and upselling strategies.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to implement marketing initiatives and promotional events.
  • Analyse financial reports and implement action plans to achieve business targets.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
