Job duties:

Saman Image Innovators (?Saman?) is a franchisee of Snaphouse Canada, a leader in the real estate photography industry. The Operations Manager manages the operations of the business. This includes but is not limited to:

Manage the daily business operations of Saman.
Manage the business? cash flow and finances.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage employees.
Responsible for business development, e.g., building relationships with real estate agents in the Greater Edmonton Area as well as reaching out to short term / vacation rental owners to attempt to sell Saman?s services to them.
Responsible for all local digital marketing, including social media, such as Facebook, and Google ad campaigns and email marketing / re-targeting campaigns.
Serve as the liaison between Snaphouse and Saman.
Responsible for upholding Snaphouse?s standards.
Responsible for managing multiple Matterport photo shoots and floor plans daily.

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

Wage: $41.72 per hour.

Skills requirements:

Required education:

Completion of secondary school.

Required work experience and skills:

Substantial experience as a business owner.
Significant relevant work experience in the real estate industry.
3 - 5 years of:
- Sales or business development experience.
- Experience managing or leading a team.
Must have Matterport photography training / certification.
Must have reliable transportation.
Drafting or CAD experience is an asset.
Experience managing a company's books or day-to-day finances is an asset
