We're seeking a highly organized and mechanically inclined Crusher and Equipment Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our aggregate crushing site.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise crusher operations including start-up, shut-down, and material flow
  • Operate and oversee use of crushers, screeners, loaders, water trucks, and related machinery
  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs on heavy equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues in real-time
  • Maintain dust control and environmental compliance measures
  • Track inventory of parts, fuel, tools, and materials
  • Lead site safety protocols including hazard assessments and toolbox talks
  • Assist with site tasks including equipment setup, loading, and clean-up as needed

Job Requirements
Language: English
Education: High school diploma required; technical or mechanical training an asset

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role or with aggregate/crushing equipment
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude required
  • Understanding of safe equipment operation and environmental compliance
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Heavy equipment certification (e.g., loader, skid steer) considered an asset
  • Ability to work in outdoor, physical environments
