Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Certification in Martial Arts Instruction
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Martial Arts Instructor.
Tasks
- Plan and carry out martial arts activities
- Demonstrate and instruct martial arts techniques
- Provide lifestyle awareness information
- Conduct therapeutic recreational or athletic activities
- Enforce safety rules and regulations
- Assist with coordination of special martial arts events
- Schedule activities, keep logs, maintain records and prepare reports
- May train and supervise staff
- Assess individual's martial arts levels through fitness tests and assessments and design fitness programs based on results
