Momo Sushi Mission Kelowna Ltd. o/a Momo Sushi Mission in Kelowna, BC is looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager.
Conditions:
Full-time, Permanent
Wage: CAD$ 34.65~35.00/hour
Working hours: 30 hours per week
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role, is required.
- Serving-it-right certificate is required.
- Language: English
Job Duties:
- Manage and evaluate the daily activities and operations of the restaurant
- Implement operational procedures and policies
- Train and motivate staff to ensure efficient service and high customer satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting and scheduling and oversee staff performance
- Track and manage inventory of food, beverages and supplies
- Implement company polices and operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets
- Monitor customer feedback and address customer issues professionally
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
