Ono’s Sushi in Abbotsford, BC is looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Positions Available: 1
Hourly Wage: C$34.65 ~C$35
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year

Job Duties:
- Oversee daily shift operations of the restaurant
- Ensure customer service excellence and the restaurant’s profits
- Manage, train and support the teams, maintaining strong teamwork
- Track and monitor workflow and staff performance
- Implement company policies and operational procedures
- Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and reduce waste
- Assist in recruiting and scheduling
- Ensure staff compliance with service standards, policies, and health and safety regulations
- Address and resolve any customer complaints professionally
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role
- Additional Certificate: Serving-it-Right certificate
- Language: English
