Conditions:
Position: Chef (Full-time, Permanent)
Wage: CAD$ 34.65/hour
Working hours: 30-35 hours per week
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary

Requirements:
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of commercial cooking experience
- Language: English
Job Duties:
- Supervise works of cooks and other kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook Japanese food from menu
- Make an adjustment to dishes for customers with dietary restrictions
- Train cooks in preparation, cooking and presentation of food
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques to cooks
- Create new recipes
- Maintain records of food consumption and inventory
- Ensure food meets quality standards
