Responsibilities include:

  • Manage routine office functions including booking appointments
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Set up and maintain computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform administrative tasks, including processing expense reimbursements
  • Manage logistics for training and development strategies
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Compile HR data, statistics and other information
  • Record, prepare and distribute minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Coordinate the preparation of reports
  • Support on Canada Helps online portal and database
