Looking for versatile Carpenter

We are seeking a dedicated, self-starting Carpenter ready to handle every aspect of our projects from start to finish. As a general contractor who specializes in renovations, we take on a wide variety of tasks that we don’t sub out, meaning you'll be working on everything from major builds to the finishing details. You will often work alone, so time management, honesty, and the ability to work independently are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Scope Project Involvement:

Install floor protection
Perform demolition and carpentry tasks
Complete cabinetry installation, baseboard work, flooring, and finishing
Clean up thoroughly at the end of each project

Project Oversight & Updates:

Provide on-site project supervision and deliver progress updates
Collaborate with subcontractors to troubleshoot and solve problems

Additional Tasks:

Handle a broad range of tasks that, as a general contractor, we believe in doing ourselves rather than subcontracting
Ensure each project meets our high standards of quality and presentation

Requirements:

Self-Starter: Must be capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Professional Appearance: Must be clean and presentable, as you will be working in many clients' homes.
Reliable Transportation: A dependable vehicle is required for work-related travel; fuel expenses will be compensated.
Versatility & Problem-Solving: Ready to jump into any task, from installation to finishing touches, and work closely with our team to maintain high-quality results.
