Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses: Food handler certification or willingness to complete it within 3 months from starting date of the employment

Work experience: 2 years’ experience with south Indian cuisine.

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual south Indian dishes.
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Overseeing kitchen operations, including inspecting kitchens and food service areas.
Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Order supplies and equipment.
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
