Compensation: $22.50-$25/hour or commission (30%-45%), plus product commission—whichever is greater

Who We’re Looking For:

Experienced hairstylists (3-5 years) with a full journey person license.
Passionate about holistic haircare, with a focus on scalp health and wellness.
Skilled in curly and textured hair (one stylist specializing in curls).
Ready to work in an inclusive, wellness-based environment, and open to ongoing education and development.
Equipped with an existing clientele but open to expanding within a niche market.

Duties:

Perform cutting, coloring, and styling services, with an emphasis on scalp health.
Collaborate with Head Spa Technicians to provide integrated treatments.
Provide personalized consultations to help clients achieve their desired results.
Offer expert advice on hair care products and services that align with our holistic approach.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional results and a welcoming, professional experience.
