Top Level Taekwondo & Martial Arts Academy is hiring for a Senior Coach.
Job duties are as follows:
- Train and prepare the team to compete, participate, and represent our Academy in competitive events.
- Plan, implement and modify training programs and competitive strategies.
- Develop the skills and abilities of the athletes of our Academy at a competitive level.
- Analyse our athletes’ performance and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Plan and coordinate competitive schedules and programs.
- Direct our athletes and during competitive events.
- Manage assistant coaches.
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years related coaching/instructor experience; and
- Minimum first dan kukkiwon certified black belt.
Additional information:
- Full-time, year-round, permanent position.
- Wage: $34.07/hour
