In this role, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing Embroidery Operations:
-
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of our embroidery manufacturing establishment.
Staff Management:
-
Hire, train, supervise, and schedule machine operators in the embroidery department.
Production Oversight:
-
Monitor the quality and consistency of embroidered badges and clothing, ensuring that all products meet company standards and customer specifications.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of embroidery machines and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of tools and machines.
Inventory Management:

Manage inventory of embroidery supplies and materials ensuring adequate stock levels.
Customer Interaction:
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of products that ? meet their specifications.
Process Improvement:
-
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency within the department.
