Job Title:

Montessori Teacher/Early Childhood Educator

We are looking for experienced Montessori teachers (Two) who have completed two years of AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) Montessori Diploma program to conduct the Montessori program in our centers for children of 22 months to 6 years of age. Prospective candidates must also have minimum of 2 years experiance of working in a Montessori school. This is a full-time position (7 hours to 8 hours per day) from Monday to Friday.

The job involves:

• Providing care and leading children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth and ensuring security and well-being of children.
• Developing, planning, and implementing programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children.
• Assessing the abilities, interests and needs of children, preparing progress reports, and discussing progress or problems with parents and other staff members.
• Observing children for signs of potential learning or behavioural problems and preparing reports for parents, guardians, supervisors.
• Planning and maintaining an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
• Guiding and assisting children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits.
• Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
