We are seeking a full-time Travel Agency Manager.

Wage:

$38.00 - $40.00 /hour (Depending on experience)

Hours:

30 - 40 hours per week

Benefits:

4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

Oversee, plan, and assess the operations of organizations involved
Source and negotiate with vendors such as hotels and airlines when necessary to develop and sell travel products.
Supervise team members and allocate tasks.
Decide on services to be offered, and set pricing and credit guidelines.
Enhance customer service quality, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
Study market trends to determine consumer demand, and develop marketing strategies
Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and retaining employees.
