BrightCore Electrical Inc. is looking for a skilled & Experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. Your job will involve installing electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts and repairing appliances. Due to the high amount of risk associated with this profession, electricians must be first and foremost responsible individuals with great attention to safety precautions. The ideal candidate must be experienced in different kinds of electrical devices and systems in residential sector. The goal will be to produce reliable and timely reports on the functioning of electrical networks, including infrastructure such as poles, wires and circuits. The ability to read technical documents such as wiring diagrams will be necessary to succeed in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure the smooth operation of all systems by installing, repairing, assembling, attaching or securing electrical components, devices or materials according to installed wiring instructions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install electrical wiring in buildings or pole
Troubleshoot problems and maintain installations according to installed wiring instructions
Troubleshoot circuit breaker failures or other issues and repair appliances according to installed wiring instructions
Maintain electrical networks by reading blueprints, charts or schematics
Cutting wires for installation purposes or for future use
Replace old wiring or cover damaged areas with new wiring
Clean and sanitize work areas before and after installations
Create reports on electrical activities or malfunctions such as cutting off lines or batteries that may occur during installations (e.g. through dealing with hazardous waste)
Wear protective gear when working in isolated areas or in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or other noxious substances
Adhere to safety regulations and standards
Maintain equipment in good condition as well as comply with equipment maintenance procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
