Minimum Qualifications:
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, Microsoft Office, MS Excel
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Work Experience: 8 years
- A basic understanding of the Canadian accounting system would be an asset
Languages: English and Vietnamese (to communicate with Vietnamese customers)

Main job duties:
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers, and prepare financial statements
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and utility, tax, and other bills
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other government documents
- Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Response financial reports and management monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Review Tax reports monthly, quarterly, yearly

- Make an annual plan for cost, revenues, business development
- Organize meetings with other departments
Other duties as assigned by the owner/director:
- Edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and related material from machine dictation and handwritten copy
- Monitoring the orders for office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Provide advice on office procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities
- May supervise and train office staff in procedures and the use of software
