Job Requirements:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including inventory management, staff training, and scheduling.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Lead by example and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Oversee staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to promote growth and development.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards.
  • Assist in implementing promotional initiatives and marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and assist in developing strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management or a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for healthy food and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
