Salary: $44/hour, 30 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the retail team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products.
Collaborate with spa professionals to recommend products and services tailored to client needs.
Ensure the retail area is visually appealing, clean, and organized to reflect the luxury of our brand.
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events to drive revenue growth.
Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize operations.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality products.

Qualifications:

A college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of spa or beauty industry products and trends is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
