This role would be responsible for supervising and coordinating sales staff, assigning sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and perform other sales related tasks.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, the right candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise and coordinate sales staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff and monitor and report on performance
  • May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries etc.
  • May perform other sales related duties not mentioned above but required by the job
