Technical Support:
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Help Desk: Providing assistance via phone, email, or in-person to users experiencing technical problems.
- Remote Support: Using remote tools to resolve issues on users’ machines.
Hardware Management:
- Repairs: Diagnosing and repairing or replacing faulty hardware components.
- Upgrades: Upgrading hardware components such as memory, hard drives, and graphics cards.
Network Connectivity:
- Configuration: Setting up and configuring network connections, including Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
- Troubleshooting: Resolving network issues related to connectivity and performance.
Part time position.
$20-$25 hourly.
