Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for our company.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive sales growth
- Oversee the company's marketing budget and ensure all initiatives are cost-effective
- Utilize digital marketing tools such as email marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Manage product launches and coordinate with product management teams
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00-$54.00 per hour
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
