Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular communication and relationship-building
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activity, sales progress, and customer interactions
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand the company's client base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in account management and business development
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills to close deals successfully
