Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Window Tint Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in applying PPF and window tint on various vehicles. They should be proficient in using CAD software for custom designs and operating plotter equipment. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

PPF Installation:
Apply PPF on different vehicle surfaces, including curved and complex areas, ensuring precise alignment and adherence.
Prepare vehicles meticulously before installation, including paint correction and surface cleaning to minimize contamination.
Ability to perform bulk installations without pre-cut patterns, ensuring minimal seams and proper sealing techniques.
Window Tinting:
Install window tint films according to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality application and adherence to legal requirements.
Material Knowledge:
Familiarity with various types of PPF (Matte, Glossy, Ceramic Coated, Colored) and window tint films (different shades and types).
Tools and Equipment:
Proficiency in using CAD software for designing PPF patterns and operating plotter equipment for precise cutting.
Utilize heat guns, squeegees, and other tools effectively to achieve optimal installation results.
Ability to remove and reinstall vehicle parts as needed during installation processes.
Quality and Safety:
Ensure high standards of installation quality and customer satisfaction through meticulous work and attention to detail.
Adhere to safety protocols when handling chemicals and tools, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Professionalism and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to understand requirements and deliver exceptional service.
Maintain professionalism and efficiency to complete installations within deadlines while upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in PPF and window tint installation.
Proficiency in CAD software for pattern design and plotter operation.
Strong knowledge of vehicle exteriors and various PPF materials.
Ability to troubleshoot installation issues and ensure long-term film durability.
Certifications from PPF manufacturers or industry organizations preferred.
Flexibility to work on-site and under various conditions, including ground-level and under-vehicle installations.
